How to participate in a Networking Program?

Our Networking Programs are designed to help you connect with colleagues, break down silos, and expand your professional network. These specialized programs are tailored for different employee groups, such as specific roles, departments, locations, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), or talent groups like new hires or leaders.

Our Networking Programs use the 10KC platform to help you:

  • Connect with colleagues across different teams, departments, or within your Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

  • Meet new colleagues to expand your network, especially helpful for new hires during onboarding.

  • Build a community where you can learn from and collaborate with others who share similar career aspirations or interests.

✅ Your Invitation to Join

If you're invited to a Networking Program, you'll receive an email invitation through 10KC. The type of invitation you receive depends on whether you're already part of our company's existing 10KC community.
