This guide will help you understand how to access and manage your Pathway experience.
✅ Your Invitation to Join
If you're invited to a Pathway, you'll receive an email invitation through 10KC. The type of invitation you receive depends on whether you're already part of our company's existing 10KC community.
If You're New to 10KC:
You'll receive a 10KC platform invite.
Click on Claim your spot in the email.
You'll be guided through a quick onboarding process to join the 10KC platform.
During this process, you'll also be given the option to join the specific Pathway.
If You're Already on 10KC:
You'll receive a 10KC program invite.
Click on Claim your spot in the email.
You'll be taken directly to the 10KC platform and presented with the option to join the Pathway.
✅ Accessing Pathway details via My Experiences
Once you're enrolled in a Pathway, you can access it at any time through the "My Experiences" tab. This area serves as your central hub for all Pathway-related activities.
To Access:
Log in to the 10KC platform.
Click on the "My Experiences" tab.
Click on your specific Pathway under the "Pathways" section.
Here you'll be brought to the Pathway Landing Page. The Overview tab shows you details about the Pathway, an Experiences Overview, and the Skills covered in the Pathway. The Experiences tab shows you the different Experiences involved in the Pathway.
✅ Accessing Pathways Development Program
Once you're enrolled in a Pathway, you can access the Pathway Development Program at any time through the "My Experiences" tab.
To Access:
Click on the "My Experiences" tab.
Click on your specific Pathway Development Program under the "Experiences" section.
Here you can find all the details on the Pathway Development Program, including a Program overview, and a preview of upcoming Development Program sessions. If matching hasn't yet occurred, you will see a message indicating when the pairing will take place.
During the Program:
Once a Development Program starts, you can come back to this page for important updates, including seeing your match, accessing sessions, and completing your post-session surveys.
✅ Accessing Pathways Office Hours
When you're invited to an Office Hour within a Pathway, you can RSVP either through the email invitation or directly within the 10KC platform.
To Access:
Click on the "My Experiences" tab.
Click on your specific Office Hour under the "Experiences" section.
You can find all updates and details about the Office Hour, including your attendance status, on this page.
Can’t make it for the Office Hour anymore? You can change your status for Office Hours directly in the Office Hour event page, which can be located via the My Experiences tab.
✅ Opting out of a Pathway
To opt out of a particular Experience within a Pathway:
Click on the "My Experiences" tab.
Under the Experience section, select the Experience you would like to change your participation for.
Update your Participation
For Office Hours, select I can’t go anymore
For a Development Program for which you have received a match, contact your Program Admin
For a Development Program for which you haven’t received a match yet, select Opt-out
To opt out of a Pathway:
Contact your Program Admin
