✅ Tenant Join Methods
A Tenant Join Method determines who is able to join a Tenant or a Hub within it. If you dont see 'Admin' in the top tight of your account reach out to [email protected].
Access this from Tenant admin > Security & login.
The options for Tenant Join Methods are:
Anyone: Anyone can join this tenant.
Approved Email or Invite Only: Only members with an approved email domain or who have been invited can join. If this option is chosen, Administrators can add accepted email domains into the Tenant Settings.
Note: If you leave the emails domain box blank, it means the Tenant is invite-only.
✅ Hub Join Methods
The Hub Join Method offers more granular control for each individual Hub. You can customize who can join the Hub, as well as if you want your Hub to be made discoverable.
Access this from Hub Settings > General Settings.
There are three options you can select from in "Who can join this Hub?":
Anyone: Existing members, as well as members currently not on the platform, can join. Anyone who joins the Hub will be approved automatically.
Invite only: Only members who receive an invite can join the Hub.
Anyone with valid email or invite: Only members with a selected domain address or who have been invited can join. If a person tries to sign-up but was not invited by an admin or does not have an approved email, then admins can approve their join request on the "Join requests" page.
