The tenant admin area is where all the key administrative actions happen. It's specifically designed for those who need to have the highest level of control over the platform.
As a tenant admin, you're able to manage important tenant settings such as branding, security and login preferences, managing your member data, and even adding or removing other admins.

General Settings
The 'General Settings' area allows you to define your platform's global settings.

Key actions
Tenant Name: Confirm or update the name that represents your platform.
Note: this is the name for your entire site. If you have more than 1 Hub, they will all share the same Tenant Name. Tenant Name will appear…
Tenant Domain: this is the URL for your site and will appear as https://{tenantname}.tenthousandcoffees.com. This is set when the tenant is initially configured and cannot be changed on platform.
Data Region: This is the region selected for data storage. 10KC offers two locations — South Carolina, United States and Belgium. If you have members in Europe, per GDPR Data Regulations, this must be Belgium. This is set when the tenant is initially configured and cannot be changed on platform.
Tenant Logo: Upload a logo that users will identify with your platform. This logo is displayed in various email notifications sent from your community, and on various tenant web pages.
Join Type: Choose how new users can join, impacting the platform's accessibility.
First Hub Setup: Define the first community space to shape user interaction.
Enable localization: Allow members to personalize 10KC to their language preference.
Add authenticated domain: Use a custom email domain for 10KC platform emails.
Terms of Service: Provide clear legal guidelines for your platform's users.
Security & Login
The 'Security & Login' section focuses on how users access the platform. The most significant choices involve setting up secure login methods, such as enabling or disabling SSO. The admin lockout feature is also a key security measure, dictating how long a session remains active without user interaction.
Key actions
Sign-up and login preferences: Determine whether to use email login (magic link), SSO, or both.
Single Sign-On (SSO): Decide if enabling SSO is beneficial for your users' experience.
Joining the Community: Decide if anyone can join or only people with approved invites only
If you choose “Approve Email or Invite Only”, you will need to add approved email domains
Security Lockout: Set the inactivity duration before automatically logging out admins.
Integrations
Integrations enhance your tenant’s capabilities by connecting it to external platforms and services.

Manage Hubs
The 'Manage Hubs' page is where you oversee the different community spaces within your platform. This central management spot allows you to monitor the various hubs.
Key actions
Access Control: View who can join each hub (anyone or invite only).
Feature settings: Check which features are enabled for each hub.
Visibility: Check if hubs are visible or hidden for members to join. When signing up members will be given the option to select a hub to join in the onboarding process. There may be multiple hubs that show up depending on each individual community and what unique hubs they have available.
Manage Members
On the 'Manage Members' page, tenant admins can view and manage all platform users.
Key actions
Member Overview: Keep track of who is part of your platform, with options to search for specific users.
Bulk Profile Management: Manage members in bulk by uploading membership files.
Email address verification: Check if a member’s email address has been verified.
Manage Admins
'Manage Admins' is the control room for who holds administrative permissions.

Admin Roles: Assign and revoke admin privileges to maintain the right balance of control.
Access Review: Regularly review who has admin access to safeguard your tenant.
Manage Data
The 'Manage Data' section provides a snapshot of platform reporting across all your different hubs.

API Keys
In 'API Keys', tenant admins can generate and manage API keys which are crucial to automate the reporting of member data directly from the 10KC platform to your internal systems or dashboards.
