👤 This article is for 10KC Member, Hub Admin, Development Program Manager

10KC Translation: What's Covered, Where You Come In

At 10KC, we're committed to supporting users across multiple languages. Here's a clear breakdown of what's automatically translated and what might need your attention for the best experience:

✅ Already Translated

  1. Help Centre Articles: A repository of content that covers everything you need to know from setting up and managing your program to recommendations and common questions are available in multiple languages.

  2. 10KC Support: Email and chat help are offered in English and French.

  3. Platform Navigation: Menus, buttons, and the core parts of the platform will be in the user's chosen language (we support English, French (CA), Spanish (LA), Korean, and Japanese).

  4. Standard Platform communications: Introductions (match, reminder, feedback, compliment, inactive opt-out), Office Hours (invitation, reminders, feedback, host engagement, host prep, host feedback), Development Programs (session survey, progress summary), Platform (verification)

✍️ Machine Translated (With Editing Option)

❗️Program curriculum and guides will be provided in the users selected language. However, program videos and resources remain in English to ensure a consistent experience for all participants.

❗️Any changes made to the original English version of the Development Program content's subject and body will not overwrite your manually translated versions. This allows you to refine the original content without losing your translation efforts.

⭐️ Best Practice

We suggest that participants choose to leverage in browser translation capabilities and/or turn on translated subtitles for videos.

⭐️ Best Practice

Some customers also choose to supplement or replace curriculum resources with those from their own Learning Management System or Learning Library if they have bilingual resources and prefer to use these.
