How to use these templates

These templates will help guide timely office hour sessions for you to host in your organization. The templates are inspired by 10KC’s 2024 Workplace Mentorship Calendar: A Year of Inclusive Initiatives.

Copy and paste these templates into a new office hour by heading over to the Office Hours section on the 10KC platform, selecting the “+” button on the right and scrolling to the bottom to select “Empty Template”.

From there you will:

  1. Insert your email and any event editors necessary.

  2. Copy and paste the title and description from this template into their respective spots on the platform.

  3. Fill out the rest of the information for your office hour in terms of time, date, location, participants and target audience.

You don’t have to use this template for your communications, but this is meant to provide you with a starting point. Feel free to make it your own & have a great session!
