You can now use a External ID (or any other unique identifier from your HRIS) as the source of truth for your members. This has been a huge request, and we're thrilled to deliver it! This is a massive win for data integrity. Say goodbye to relying solely on email addresses! You can now easily manage your members, sync with your internal systems, and prevent duplicate profiles, making user management cleaner and more accurate than ever.

You can create customized networking programs for different employee segments. Design unique networking experiences based on roles, departments, locations, ERGs, and other relevant criteria. We also squashed over 40 bugs and shipped dozens of smaller quality-of-life improvements—from a smoother survey experience to a more stable UI—all designed to make your 10KC experience faster, more intuitive, and more enjoyable.
