What are Interests?
Interests are topics that members can select on their 10KC profile that tell Administrators and other members what they are interested in connecting on. Interests are selected from a multi-select list and this configuration is shared across all Programs and Pathways within a 10KC Hub.
While Goals tend to be bigger, broader objectives, Interests are more specific topic areas that members can select.
How Interests impact your 10KC Program
As a Program Manager, understanding the vital role of Interests in your 10KC Program is essential for fostering meaningful connections.
Interests are used in 10KC to:

Allow members to search for members who have similar Interests
Allow Program Managers to see the common Interests for members in the 10KC Hub
Where do Interests appear?
Interests appear in the member experience in the following ways:
Interests are populated by a member when they claim their 10KC profile
Interests can be maintained by a member as they join new Programs or Pathways
Members can see Interests of other members within the 10KC Hub on the member profile
