How to contribute to the 10KC Help Center (as a 10KC Customer Team member)

10KC Customer Team members may contribute to the Help Center in the following ways:

Request a new article using the Slack Workflow

Any 10KCer can request a new Help Center article by using the Help Center Request slack workflow. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the #product-support slack channel

  2. In the top navigation bar, select Workflows > Help Center Request

  3. Complete the form, selecting Request Type: New Article

  4. Your request has been submitted. A member of the Help Center Squad will prioritize your article and reach out if they have any questions.

Request an article update using the Slack Workflow

Any 10KCer can request an update to an existing Help Center article by using the Help Center Request slack workflow. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the #product-support slack channel

  2. In the top navigation bar, select Workflows > Help Center Request

  3. Complete the form, selecting Request Type: Article Update

  4. Your request has been submitted. A member of the Help Center Squad will prioritize your article and reach out if they have any questions.
