The Help Center Round Up is a weekly email shared to select 10KC teams to provide updates on Help Center progress!

  • Refreshed/updated Help Center articles

  • Updates on processes that will keep things running smoothly

  • Self-serve metrics and progress updates

The Help Center Round Up has a ton of useful information for different teams across 10KC. Specifically:

  • Learn about new resources to share with 10KC Admins and End Users to reduce time spent explaining or documenting processes
