What is a Help Center Article?

A Help Center Article is a page on 10KC’s Help Center that provides enablement to 10KC Administrators, End Users or 10KC team members. There are several Types of Articles, and each Article Type comes with an Article Template.

Types of Help Center Articles

There are several standard Types of Help Center Articles. Each Type is generally owned by a specific team at 10KC and leverages an Article Template to ensure the Authors are including the proper information in a consistent format.
