About: Development Program Auto Enrolment

In this article we will take you through the steps of setting up auto enrolment criteria for adding participants to Development Programs.

What is Auto Enrolment?

Auto Enrolment allows you to automatically add participants to a Development Program based on 10KC profile segments like Roles, Departments, Locations etc.

This feature is not available for single cycle programs. It is only available for programs that run for multiple cycles or always on.

Navigate to your Development Program

  1. Login to your 10KC Hub

  2. In the left navigation menu of your Hub, go to Development Programs > Manage Programs

    • Don't see this option? You may not have the proper permissions

  3. Click on the Draft tab (if your program is unpublished) or the Live tab (if your program is published) to locate your program

  4. Select the program

⭐️ Note: For manually adding participants to a development program, please refer to this article. For setting up the auto enrollment criteria, please follow the below instructions.

1. Click on Edit enrolment criteria.

2. Here you can choose which participants should be automatically added to the program based on 10KC profile segments like Roles, Departments, Locations etc., along with their participation status:

  • Invited (i.e. they would need to confirm their participation in the program), or

  • Confirmed (i.e. they would automatically be added as Confirmed in the program)

3. If there are any existing members in the hub who also meet this enrollment criteria, you can add them to the program by clicking on Add members in the bottom right.

4. For participants that are already members of the hub, you can view their hub profile, and participation preferences. For participants that are not members of the hub, they will appear as emails, and you can choose to resend invites to them if needed.

Once the Auto Enrolment criteria is defined, any new members that join the hub would receive an option to join the program (if participation status is set to Invited in Step 2) or they would automatically be added to the program (if participation status is set to Confirmed in Step 2).
