This article will guide you through viewing and managing your Pathway participants.
✅ Navigate to your Pathway
Login to your 10KC Hub.
In the left navigation menu of your Hub, go to Pathways > Manage Pathways.
Don't see this option? You may not have the proper permissions.
Click on the Unpublished tab (if your program is unpublished) or the Live tab (if your program is published) to locate your program.
To update your Pathway status, refer to the About: Pathway Statuses article
Select the program.
✅ Understanding the Participants Page
After you have added Participants to your Pathway, you'll be able to access the Participants page by selecting the Participants tab on your left-hand navigation list. The Participants page is your central hub for all Pathway members. Here's what you'll find:
Participant Highlights
At the top of the Participants tab, you'll see key metrics that give you an immediate overview of your Pathway:
Confirmed: Members who've confirmed their participation in the Pathway
No response: Members with an "invited" status who haven't yet responded to their invitation.
To re-send the invite email to all participants who have not yet responded to their invitation, click the Send reminder button.
✅ Filtering and Viewing Participants
The Participants page offers several ways to view and manage your Pathway members:
Search participants by name: Quickly find a specific individual using the search bar.
Download participants: To export your participant list for external analysis or record-keeping, click on Download CSV.
Filter by Status: Streamline your view by participant status:
Confirmed: Individuals ready for Pathway engagement.
Declined: Individuals who've declined the invitation to participate.
Not participating: Participants who've opted out of the Pathway after joining.
Invited: Individuals with an account in the hub who haven't accepted the Pathway invite.
Invited (Need Account): Individuals without an account in the hub who have been invited but haven't accepted the Pathway invite.
Needs Account: Individuals without an account who have not yet received an invite.
Ready to Invite: Individuals with an account who have not yet received an invite.
✅ Individual Participant Updates
You can make updates to individual Participants on the Participants page.
Update Status:
Locate the individual whose information you wish to update.
Under Status, select their new status.
Confirmed: Individual ready for Pathway engagement
Not Participating: Individual will not be participating in the Pathway
Send Invite:
Locate the individual who you would like to send or re-send an invite to.
Click the Send invite button. Review the invite email and send.
✅ Bulk Updating Program Participants
You can also make bulk updates to multiple Participants at a time on the Participants page.
Bulk Update Status:
Select the participants you wish to update.
Individually select specific participants by clicking the checkbox next to their name.
Or, if you want to update all participants matching your current filter, click "Select all" (e.g., "Select all (134)" as shown in the image below).
Under Status next to Bulk edit, select their new statuses.
Confirmed: Participants ready for Pathway engagement
Not Participating: Participants will not be participating in the Pathway
