How to Enable Pathways (Internal)

Pathways can be enabled by 10KC team members and must be enabled at both the Tenant and Hub level.

Enable Pathways

To enable Pathways in a Hub, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your 10KC site as an Administrator

  2. In the upper right corner, click Admin

  3. In the left navigation menu, click Advanced Settings

  4. Toggle on Enable Pathways

  5. Return to your Hub by clicking the Hub icon in the top left corner

  6. In the left navigation menu of your Hub, select Hub Settings

  7. Scroll to and expand Advanced Settings

  8. Toggle on Enable Pathways

  9. Pathways is now enabled in your Hub
