The Participation Scorecard is a part of your member profile that allows you to measure and track your progress and impact in the community. It provides a overview of your engagement and any feedback you have provided.
Through your scorecard, you can:
Track your activities and engagement levels across the 10KC platform.
Take action on pending activities to stay on track.
Compare your performance with other members to understand your progress.
View the impact you have on other members, including compliments received.
Track the skills and expertise you’ve been recognized for within the community.
How to Find Your Scorecard
To access your Scorecard, head to your profile section by clicking your profile picture on the top right corner of your screen.
Scorecard Breakdown
Introductions
You can view:
The total number of introductions you have and how your network has grown.
Your engagement level for introductions to track your progress compared to other members.
The status of recent introductions to track and take action.
Feedback you have provided
Compliments you have received from your introductions.
Office Hours
You can view:
The total number and status of Office Hours you have attended.
Your engagement level for Office Hours attended to track your progress compared to other members.
Feedback you have provided
The total number and status of Office Hours you have hosted.
Development Programs
You can view:
The total number and status of Development Programs you have been a part of.
Your engagement level for Development Programs you are a part of.
Feedback you have provided
Compliments you have received from your program matches.
How to view past feedback
To view specific feedback you've provided, click on the program, then navigate to the survey for each session. For example, click on the Development Program you're interested in, then click into the specific session to see past feedback.
