What is the Introductions Schedule?

The Introductions Schedule is a series of automated events and notifications in 10KC. The Introductions Schedule determines when participants will get matched, get reminded about their match, and be prompted to submit feedback about their match, among other things.

Components of the Introductions Schedule

The Introductions Schedule is comprised of:

  • Introduction Send Date: the date the Introduction will be sent

  • Introduction Reminder Date: the date that 10KC will automatically remind participants of their Introduction

  • Introduction Feedback Date: the date that 10KC will automatically prompt participants to submit the Introductions Feedback Survey

  • Next Introduction Date: the next date that Introductions will go out

  • Matching Cut-Off Date: the date that 10KC will stop attempting to match opted-in participants

  • Introductions Frequency: the recurring cadence that Introductions are sent

  • Introductions Notification Schedule: dates or days that Administrators choose not to send Introductions notifications

  • Introductions Opt-In Clean Up: a feature that allows Administrators to remove disengaged participants from Introductions
